Eddie - President
With a passion for creating stunning outdoor spaces and a keen eye for detail, Eddie founded D&E Landscaping & Grading Inc. in 1999. With over 27 years of experience in the landscape industry, Eddie has built a reputation for excellence, combining innovative design with sustainable practices. Under Eddie's leadership, D&E Landscaping & Grading Inc. has grown from a small local business into a trusted name in the community. Eddie is dedicated to ensuring that every project not only meets but exceeds customer expectations, and they take pride in transforming outdoor spaces into beautiful, functional environments. Eddie’s leadership in the company has earned a reputation for excellence, highlighted by The Voice Macomb County, UNILOCK, Michigan Green Industry Associates, and Richmond Area Chamber of Commerce. Their dedication to customer satisfaction and attention to detail are the cornerstones of the company’s success.
Eddie started out at age 15 with his brother mowing lawns and their father drove them to and from their customers’ lawns. Over the years customers spread the word about Eddie and his brother and they just kept pushing along. Their first purchase was a dump truck once they had saved enough money to purchase one. Eddie and his brother started with a pole barn on his own property to store equipment and later began renting spaces on properties of business owners who wanted to help them out. D&E Landscaping & Grading Inc. grew and grew and purchased our existing building 13 years ago. Eddie is a working owner who has a passion for all the work that he does and for all his crews who help get the jobs done. He enjoys creating a vision for projects, putting it on paper, and bringing it to life as a complete beautiful space for his customers to enjoy.

At D&E Landscaping & Grading Inc., Jennifer is responsible for overseeing day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll processing, and financial reporting. Jennifer is adept at streamlining processes, implementing effective controls, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. When Jennifer isn’t working here at D&E Landscaping & Grading Inc. she is actively engaged in a variety of interests in her personal life, such as spending time with family and friends, going to her home up North, and spending time with her husband and dogs. Shari has 5 years of customer service experience and loves talking with customers and making sure they are satisfied. Shari started with us in April of 2025 and loves learning new things and being able to help out our customers.
Outside of work Shari enjoys spending time with her family and friends, boating, and any type of warm vacations.
