Landscaping Foreman

  • Perform work on lawn, trees, and shrubs, according to MOA.
  • Fertilize properties using equipment, maintain clean appearance on equipment and vehicles.
  • Run scheduled routes, timely, and quality oriented.
  • Hit daily and weekly goals, assist in estimating.
  • Maintain a 9 out of 10 customer satisfaction score.
  • Ensure paperwork completed, correct, legible, and reporting.

  • Maintain current applicator licenses, drivers license, and med card.
  • Keep equipment clean and materials and chemicals organized.

  • 1 year applying fertilizer and lawn chemicals with equipment.

Project Estimator – Landscaping & Grading
  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously and ensure that all estimates are developed within project goals.
  • Ensure projects are estimated according to approved plans, specifications, shop drawings, and applicable building codes.
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates, purchase orders, and change orders.
  • Assist with schedules with project teams to hit milestones and completion dates.
  • Provide clear directions to team members to ensure project targets are achieved.
  • Attend project meetings with owners, managers, stakeholders, and pro-activity identifying solutions to support ongoing projects.
  • Ensure jobs are quality driven, on time, and maintain profitability.
  • Support and maintain a healthy, happy work environment, and corporate culture.
  • Minimum background of 7 years on landscaping and grading, jobsites, working in them or managing and estimating them.
  • Manage crew size of 2 or 3 men, delegate duties.
  • Work with variable venders, multiple types of materials, excellent at scheduling, organizing, paperwork competition, and mathematical skills.
  • Excellent attendance and dependable.
  • Clean valid driver’s license.

Truck Driver/Operator
  • Deliver materials, trees, shrubs, mulch, aggregates, etc. to the job sites.
  • Load and haul skid steers, excavators, loaders, and attachments to job sites.
  • Perform work site activities such as material handling, grading with equipment, topsoil, gravel, and seed preparation.
  • Installation of pipe, physical labor work.
  • Yard organizing and clean up duties.
  • Assist and help crew members on job sites.
  • Willingness and ability to learn new skills.
  • Valid MDOT medical card/clean license
  • CDL Class A with airbrake endorsement, combination
  • Knowledge of running skid steers, mini excavators, loaders, etc.
  • Background in the landscaping industry

  • Winter work
Mechanic – Truck/Small Engines
  • Maintain shop, clean and organized.
  • Maintain shop supple quantities.
  • Repair equipment efficient, being conscience of costs.
  • Demonstrate safe oriented work habits.
  • Order, pick-up parts, keep records of work performed.
  • Paperwork documented and organized.
  • Keep equipment running, operating safely, and correctly repairing items.
  • Perform other duties to company needs.
  • Job entails working on and maintaining skid steers, track machines, tractors, heavy and light truck, mowing equipment, small handheld equipment such as saws, weed whips, blowers, trimmers, enclosed trailers, general purpose trailers, trailer mounted leaf vac’s, snow equipment, water tanks, fertilizing machines, etc.
  • Most mechanic work needed is welding, brakes, rotors, tires, replacing hydraulic lines, steering lines, trouble shooting small engine issues, trouble shooting trailer wire issues/plugs, working on light duty hydraulic systems, replacing bearings, tarp system’s, oil and hydraulic changes and maintenance.
  • High school diploma
  • Small engine certified in multiple engines.
  • Background working on outdoor small equipment.
  • Valid clean driver’s license, chauffer endorsement
Snow Services Laborer
  • Ability to drive large and small trucks within our yard
  • Ability to use case equipment to load material
  • Ability to load & unload truck
